Chourição

Chourição is very similar to the traditional chorizo but in a larger version about 1.5Kg, it has to be sliced. It is ideal for restaurants, delis, or bakeries. This product can be eaten raw, fried or boiled can be served with rice, potato, salad, sandwiches or simply as a starter.
